Brad Pit plays a lieutenant in the US army and he has only one job to do in this movie, kill Nazis!! He is by far one of the most interesting characters I have seen there fore I chose him. For his one job it might sound simple, but it really is not. Brad Pit plays a character that always knows how to stay in the positive side of life, even when things are going wrong. He knows that he is in a dangerous place and situation, still he does not loose his mind about it. He knows what he has to do and he sticks with it at whatever cost, loves his country, and all he wants in return is 100 nazi scups for the 8 jewish soldiers he has to go with him on this job. There is so many US soldiers dying because of Nazis and this Lieutenant has this in mind and yet he knows that doing what he is doing would get him killed instantly. Just being there would get him killed, but yet he does that and more, going around with his soldiers and killing Nazis. Killing Nazis is not all he does, he carves out the Nazi sign on some of the nazis heads, and will those live. He lets them live, but some how he knows that the Nazis are going to lose the war because he carves out the Nazi sign so people could know that he was once a Nazi. If the Nazis would of one I dont think there would have been a problem with having a Nazi sign carved in your head, but they did not and now if someone has that a lot of people would not be happy with that one guy. So in a way I felt like he knew the Nazis were going to loose way before the war was over. He did not even know it was going to be over, but he still did that and he probably came to his job with motive of winning the war. Very interesting character I say, but to stay calm just like he did in some parts of the movie is really hard, but I think thats what makes him a leader. A leader cannot be weak, and crying all the time, a leader has to be more like the Lieutenant. I chose the seen of Brad Pit being Italian because even though he has no idea what he is doing he keeps it cool and even has a conversation (short conversation) with a Colonel for the Nazis side. This Colonel is not just a Colonel, but he is known as the Jewish hunter. So Brad is in very dangerous ground here, but like I said he is a leader and knows how to stay calm and not freak out to be able to do his job.
