Gonzalez : The Westwing
Well the last few days for the President have been pretty hectic, not only because being the President is hard it self, but because of the people he is in charge of and because he hit a tree while on his bike. The President does not only have to watch what he does to keep his reputation and for things to flow well, but the people that work for him have to be very careful what they do because not only are they ruining their own reputation, but the president's as well.
It is early at five in the morning when the president decides to go out for a stroll on his bike. Well, then the president gets mad, he becomes very clumsy and does not pay attention to what he does. Obviously he was mad because he rode his bike into a tree, and to me that is proof that he becomes "clumsy" ( putting it in nice words) when he is mad. After his bike incident it looks to be that he is having problems walking and requiring a cane. It looks to be that riding into trees with a bike is not the only problem for the president. There are also problems in the White House that concern the president as well.
A problem arises in the White House that has the Chief of Staff, Press Secretary, Communications Director, and the Deputy Communications Director in confusion of what to do. About 1,500 too 2,000 Cubans are crossing the Atlantic Ocean in little rafts in hope that they can find a better life, but little do they know, the Government already knows what they are up to. The only problem now is what to do with them. The White House at this time is thinking of the best way to solve this problem that does not scare the American people and keeps a good reputation for the President.
Josh was on a religious morning show representing the White House when he got a little too into it and said something very offensive about the Christian church. That led to a big scandal and Josh almost lost his job. When it comes to religion the Government does not like to get into those subjects, but not only did they get into it, they also said some mean things about it. No one knew if he was going to lose his job or not at the time, so all Josh could do was apologize and stay calm. In the end the President forgave him and everything seemed to go back to normal when he returned to his office.
This all happened in less than three days: President rides his bike into a tree, Josh makes the White House look bad, President has a bad leg. I did not mention this, but one of the employees of the White House slept with a woman that ended up being something she said she was not and Cubans are heading to America for a better life. The President has a lot to deal with already to be dealing with problems like this, and as seen, the President did not really do much to deal with these problems. He simply forgave a friend, gave a nice speech at the end of the show, and sent the National Guard to get the Cubans.

ReplyDeleteI presume this post is by Hector Gonzales. If you want to be called Chapo, just let me know. You also need to focus your post more specifically and tell me which of the three issues you discuss is the most pressing political issue and then tell me WHY.
